SUBMIT GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
for inclusion in our Online Member Newsletter:
Gain exposure and recognition by advertising your press release, announcement, special offer, menu, discount offer, property listings, or any news that you wish to share in our Online Member News Page and E-Newsletter.
Additionally, the headlines of the Member News announcements are also included in our monthly
E-Newsletter, which is disseminated directly via email to over 1,800 each month. This is one of our most active ways to reach out directly to community members.
Plus, additional exposure is offered to advertisers in the Member News by including the announcement headlines on our Home Page, as well. This is an excellent offering and opportunity to make an even larger impact. Viewers landing on the home page can quickly peruse through the Member News headlines and then click over to read the full announcements.
INTRODUCTORY RATES To Post Announcements In The Member News:
•The fee for inclusion of an announcement in the Online Member News Page is $15 per month.
• SAVE with Package Deals:
5 announcements for $60,
12 announcements for $100.
Announcements purchased as a package deal can appear in either the same or consecutive months, whichever is preferable for the advertiser.
• Featured Spotlights in the Member News are also available and offer premium space at the top of the Member News section.
Features include a text announcement PLUS image (logo, etc.).
Featured Spotlights cost $125 per edition per month.
Multiple details, property listings, offerings, etc. can be included within the same announcement, but the size of the submission cannot exceed one printed page in standard size font, otherwise additional fees will apply.
• Businesses that are also advertising in our Online (website) Resource or Print materials may submit at least one announcement for posting in the online Member News page during their advertising commitment, at no extra charge.
DEADLINES & SUBMISSION DETAILS For General Postings To The Member News Page:
TheCommunityGuide.net will email a monthly reminder notice to those on our
E-Newsletter list, to give an opportunity to those who might wish to take advantage of submitting an announcement for the next Member News.
• Announcements should be submitted via email in paragraph form (text only - no jpgs, pdfs, images), generally by the 22nd of the month, for inclusion in the next month's Member News. (Note: Deadline dates may occasionally change.)
• Multiple details, property listings, offerings, etc. can be included within the same announcement, but the size of the submission cannot exceed one printed page in standard size font, otherwise additional fees will apply.
• Include a title for the announcement, preferably not to exceed 8 words, which will become the headline link for the announcement.
• Include your contact information so others can reach you.
• Include the category that you wish to be included under, based on the current category headers, or let us determine the best category to include it under.
Content and inclusion of announcements is subject to the approval and discretion of the Publisher.

ESTATE PROPERTY LISTINGS SUBMISSIONS:
Real Estate Property Listings will now be included under the Real Estate category header of the Member News page (launching shortly). The listings will stay up for about a month.
A referral link to the Real Estate Property Listings section will also appear in our monthly E-Newsletter, which is disseminated monthly via email to over 1,800. This is one of our most active ways to reach out directly to community members.

Real Estate Property Listings should be submitted in paragraph form (text only - no pdfs, jpgs, images), generally by the 22nd of the month, for inclusion in the next month's Online Member News. (Note: Submission dates may occasionally change.)
Up to 3 property listings can be included in the same announcement, but the size of the submission cannot exceed one printed page in standard size font, otherwise additional fees will apply.
Currently, below is the best order of details for submitting Real Estate property listings.
Simply email below details for each property listing, in paragraph form to info@firstcx.com or contact Gail with any questions, 679-0569.
1) Town Location (Example: Woodstock. Listings are listed alphabetically by Town.)
2) Type of listing (i.e., House for Sale, Apartment for Rent, Commercial Listings, etc.)
3) Description, plus any appropriate links, contact information, price, etc.
ADDITIONAL REAL ESTATE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES:
In addition to including property listings in the Member News section, Real Estate Agents / Offices can advertise in our Online Classifieds Page with a Display Ad and Business Directory Listing (with all contact information and a 50-word description of services). Advertising on the Classifieds page can make an impact with those thinking of moving to and initially looking for information about Ulster County, BEFORE they come up to the area.
Additionally, being included in our 'Eat, Drink, Play & Live' PRINT publication is a great way to make an impact with those visiting and enjoying local lodging, events and more.
Online and print advertisers can also include an announcement in at least one monthly 'Member News' at no extra charge.
